Prekindergarten Program at Building Blocks Grosse Ile

Our Prekindergarten program is responsive to various learning styles such as kinesthetic, visual, and auditory. The program is structured to assure the development of positive relationships between children and their surroundings.

We have early literacy development with alphabet knowledge, phonological awareness, letter writing, print knowledge, and oral language. In our early childhood setting, children are provided with many opportunities to explore, manipulate, investigate, and discover.

We develop important skills that can provide the foundation needed for the development of academic, social, and physical skills. Rates of growth and learner needs are respected as our highly-experienced staff interacts with each child as an individual.
